Yoga for children is a playful exploration of yoga where we get to know the different body parts and their functions both on and off the mat.
Using breathing techniques, we find ways to find peace and quiet in the middle of our busy world. Together we create tales of all the exciting animals, nature and peaceful warriors in the yoga world.
With great passion I actively work to create well-being and balance from the youngest generation with projects in preschool and school.
With a background in education, I use all knowledge I have gathered through the years by studies, most recently the Barn i Balans yoga and movement for kids teacher training, and experience of yoga with my own kids I create exciting and playful classes for all ages.
