Yoga 

With a solid base in Hatha I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. inclusive and alwaysed focused on the pshysical and mental diffrences in order to create a safe and evolving space for all. Be it the youngest ones at preeschool to all the way up to the ones that lived and collected plenty of stories through the years. I teach at several studios, buisneses, schools, at coffee shops, projects and events throughout Gothenburg och south of dalarna, Sweden .
